一、After sales service principle

Who is responsible for sales, and handle after-sales problems in a warm, thoughtful, timely and efficient manner.

 

After sales service contents and standards

(一)Unpacking damage and poor unpacking

1、At the logistics receiving site, first check whether the waybill information is consistent with the physical object, including the number of goods, freight, the name on the packing box and the integrity of the goods. If there are any abnormalities above, contact the after-sales service department of the company at the first time, and the after-sales service department shall assist the logistics company in solving relevant matters.

 

2、In the process of picking up, if the outer package is found damaged or missing, the list of goods in the box shall be verified at the first time, and the damaged or missing goods in the box shall be counted according to the list; In case of damage or shortage, the details shall be sent to the after-sales service department, which can pick up the goods only after reaching a claim agreement with the logistics department; If the after-sales service department is informed of any shortage or damage after taking the goods by itself, the losses caused shall be borne by the customer.

 

3、After receiving the goods, the customer shall immediately check the status according to the order requirements, report the problems such as goods quality, poor delivery and damage caused by packaging quality to the after-sales service department of the company within 1 working day (including the day of receipt), upload pictures and videos immediately, make them available for reference, and the after-sales service department of the company shall feed back to the customer after verifying the situation.

 

(二)The damage caused by man-made reasons is beyond the scope of the guarantees

1、Damage caused by jumping up and down stairs, half clutch or non clutch gear shift in abnormal use;

2、Damage caused by failure to use, repair and maintain according to the instructions (e.g. using inferior engine oil);

3、Damage caused by users refitting or adding or reducing other parts;

4、The warranty period is expired due to the user's failure to timely guarantee after discovering the fault;

5、Damage caused by disassembly and maintenance not by the original dealer or designated maintenance unit;

6、Damage caused by force majeure (earthquake, fire, car accident, etc.) or chemical erosion

 

(三)Normal wear and damage of wearing parts are beyond the scope of the guarantees

1、They are vulnerable and consumables in normal use, such as friction discs, seals (gaskets, oil seals and sealing rings), appearance plastic parts, rubber parts, cushion skin, spark plugs, bulbs, carbon brushes, safety pipes, brake shoes, disc brakes, chains, sprockets, air filters, bushings, various contact consumables, buffer sleeves, standard parts, various bearings, oil pipes, rearview mirrors Decals, stay wires, electrical parts, lamps, etc;

2、The company will not return the used wearing parts;

3、The company will not return or replace any adverse reactions caused by the aging of the parts (such as the natural fading of the surface of the parts, etc.).

 

(四)Parts within the scope of The Guarantees

4.1 Engine after sales rules

4.1.1 If the engine has quality problems within six months from the date of purchase, the whole machine warranty shall be implemented, and the original Zongshen engine used for more than six months shall be provided with paid service.

4.1.2 Within the warranty period, if the complete engine fails, please contact the local Zongshen after-sales service network first, and make the final treatment plan after being identified by the local Zongshen after-sales service network.

a. If the local Zongshen after-sales service network agrees to replace the machine, it shall be returned to the factory after labeling, and the returned engine shall be sent back to the company for replacement according to the customer return process.

b. If the local Zongshen after-sales service network agrees to replace the damaged parts, they shall be returned to the factory after labeling, and the returned parts shall be sent back to the company for replacement according to the customer return process.

c. If the local Zongshen after-sales service network agrees to repair the whole machine, it shall be returned to the factory after labeling, and the returned engine shall be sent back to the company for repair according to the customer return process.

In addition, the returned engine shall be packed according to the company's standards to avoid secondary damage during transportation. The returned engine does not bring any accessories, such as small chain wheel cover, starting lever, shift lever, intake pipe, etc. if any accessories are lost, it shall bear its own responsibility.

4.1.3 Engine parts that are vulnerable and consumable in normal use are beyond the scope of Three Guarantees (such as piston, piston ring, piston pin, camshaft, rocker arm, valve, oil seal, double connecting teeth, clutch plate, clutch, etc.)

4.2 Shock absorber - in case of quality problems within six months from the date of purchase, the company shall repair them free of charge, except for human factors.

4.3 Frame - any fracture and desoldering caused by non-human intentional damage shall be replaced unconditionally for life.

4.4 Front and rear disc brakes - in case of failure to brake, sudden death, fracture, etc. within three months from the date of purchase, the disc brake pump shall be repaired unconditionally (the complete set of disc brake pump shall be returned, and the parts shall not be repaired if they are incomplete).

4.5 Instrument - the instrument shall be replaced within three months from the date of purchase in case of non-human damage.

4.6 Tires - in case of bulge and cracking without use, the company will replace them unconditionally; On the contrary, the tires used on the ground cannot be replaced.

4.7 Fuel tank - within three months from the date of purchase, if there is oil leakage, the oil tank can be replaced, and it will not be replaced under other circumstances.

4.8 Battery - within three months from the date of purchase, if there is no storage or charging, the battery shall be replaced.

4.9 Flat fork - in case of open welding and fracture caused by non-human intentional damage, it shall be replaced unconditionally within half a year.

4.10 The company will not return or replace the sold spare parts without quality problems.

 

三、After sales service process

1、For after-sales parts that need to be returned to the factory, contact the after-sales service department in advance and implement according to the opinions given by the after-sales service department.

2、The shipping list and outer package of returned after-sales parts must indicate the sender's name, telephone number, address and the problem of parts and components.

3、After receiving the return, the company shall timely deal with the return within 24 hours, and then carry out the return process after confirmation by both parties.

4、The returned after-sales parts must be implemented according to the after-sales service process of xinguizun. If they are not implemented according to this process, the losses caused shall be borne by the customer.

 

Disclaimer

 

As xinguizun cross country motorcycle racing is a field racing car (non road car), it does not meet the conditions for driving on public roads and can only be driven in a specific venue.
